At 1800mm in length and 840mm wide, it is a bath of genuine grandeur — one that draws its inspiration from the great roll-top fireclay baths of the Victorian era, then reimagines them entirely through the lens of modern materials and contemporary craftsmanship.
The Senator's silhouette is immediately recognisable: a deep, straight-sided rectangular form with gently curved, rising ends that provide natural head and shoulder support, all set on a stepped plinth base that gives it a grounded, architectural presence. It is a bath that has been designed to be the centrepiece of a room — and it delivers on that promise without compromise.
Crafted from BC Designs' exclusive Cian® solid surface, the Senator offers everything that traditional fireclay baths are celebrated for — the depth, the warmth, the sense of occasion — without the weight. At 130kg it is significantly lighter than cast iron or fireclay alternatives, making it suitable for upper floors and suspended structures where heavier baths cannot go. The thick Cian® walls retain heat exceptionally well, keeping bathwater warmer for longer and transforming every soak into a genuinely spa-like experience.
Available in nine finishes — from the timeless clarity of Gloss White to the cool drama of Gun Metal and Industrial Grey, the warmth of Light Fawn and Mushroom, and the personality of Powder Blue, Khaki Green, and Satin Rose — the Senator can be configured to suit any interior vision.
