Bc Designs Sorpressa Cian Solid Surface Freestanding Bath - 1510Mm L X 760Mm W
The Unexpected Bath.
The BC Designs Sorpressa Freestanding Bath takes its name from the Italian for surprise — and it earns it. Where most freestanding baths follow a predictable symmetry, the Sorpressa does not. Its silhouette is deliberately asymmetric: a smooth, tapered oval that widens generously at the head end and narrows elegantly at the foot, creating a form that is immediately distinctive and quietly arresting in any bathroom setting.
It is a bath that rewards a second look. The exterior is a single, uninterrupted surface — no seams, no joins, no unnecessary detail — just a beautifully resolved shape that sits with complete confidence in both contemporary and transitional interiors. At 1510mm in length, the Sorpressa is precisely proportioned: generous enough for a deeply comfortable soak, considered enough to suit a wide range of bathroom sizes.
Crafted from Cian solid surface, BC Designs' exclusive premium composite handcrafted in South Africa, the Sorpressa is non-porous, scratch-resistant, and hand-polished to a flawless finish. The material retains heat exceptionally well, keeping bathwater warmer for longer, and is as easy to maintain as it is beautiful to look at.
Available in ten Cian solid surface finishes — from the dramatic depth of Gun Metal and Industrial Grey to the warmth of Light Fawn and Mushroom, the softness of Powder Blue and Satin Rose, and the timeless clarity of Polished White and Matt White — the Sorpressa can be configured to suit any interior vision. Please note waste is not included; we recommend pairing with a push-down slotted bath waste for a seamless finish.
