When placing your order you will have the opportunity to leave instructions for our customer service team and our third party couriers in an order comments box. This is an ideal opportunity to give as much information to help get your items delivered to you in a safe and efficient manner. We will always ensure that delivery information provided will be communicated to our 3rd party couriers, however we cannot promise that this information will be adhered to by the 3rd party courier.

We keep many of the items available on the website in our warehouse; however we do not always stock all the items that you will see on the website as these are stocked with different manufacturers and distributors. We will notify you if there are multiple tracking details if many items are being ordered together. We will provide a delivery date for your items, but please note that these are all day services and can be delivered between 8am and 6pm. AM delivery services are available at a cost and can be organised with our sales team by calling on 0844 504 6677.
We firmly advise against booking tradespeople prior to receiving your items. We will always do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time and safely, however this is not always possible. We will not be responsible for loss of time, tradespeople costs or compensation as a result of late delivery.
When receiving an order we strongly recommend checking the goods received for any damages or missing items. By signing for your goods you are confirming that the items have been received in full and in good condition. Any damages incurred in transit need to be signed for with the courier or notified with our sales and customer service team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with information regarding the delivery and any images of damages. You will have up to 7 working days to report damages or shortages, but we urge you to do this upon receipt of your products. If you wish to return goods you incur a collection charge. Please call on 0844 504 6677 should you wish to have any goods returned to us. If you choose to send any items back to us via your own choice of transport then we will require the items to return fully packaged and in good condition before issuing a refund. A return of goods form must be filled in prior to any items being returned. This can be requested by emailing email@example.com or by calling on 0844 504 6677.
If you are unable to take delivery of your items on the original expected delivery day then you may receive a card from the 3rd party courier to say that the delivery had not been completed and that it can be rearranged. Alternatively, you can contact us on 0844 504 6677 and we will organise delivery for another suitable date.
