All orders placed through the website or through our phone system are subject to C W Commerce Limited accepting the order. Any order emails that you receive are to acknowledge that your request has been received and will be reviewed. Any email does not represent acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed between you and designerbathroomstore.co.uk when the products that you have ordered have been dispatched. Designerbathroomstore.co.uk reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to acceptance. No order will be accepted without payment.
The ownership of the goods ordered is passed to the customer upon delivery.

Description of Goods
The goods are described on the individual product pages. From time to time, manufacturers alter their designs slightly. Although we take every care to ensure that the product image displayed on the website is correct, there may be slight variations to the end product compared to the site image and measurements provided.
Wherever available to us, we provide technical documentation and fitting instructions on the individual product pages. If there is insufficient information for your buying decision, please contact our sales team on 01206 582462, who will be happy to make further enquiries with the manufacturer on your behalf. Manufacturer guarantees are offered for the quality of manufacture and the materials used to manufacture the goods.
The guarantee only covers use for which the product was designed. All guarantees are the responsibility of the manufacturer, except where products are guaranteed directly by C W Commerce Ltd. All our items are designed for UK installation only. If you choose to install your goods outside of the UK, you do this at your own risk. Manufacturer guarantees will not apply in this case.
We advise against booking any plumber, electrician or installer until you have received and inspected your goods. We will not be liable for any compensation, consequential loss or tradesperson costs. All of our delivery timescales provided on the website or via email notifications are given in good faith, however they cannot be taken as exact or precise information.
Product Pricing, Payment and Delivery Costs
All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT at the current chargeable rate in the UK.
Prices are liable to change at any time, however changes will not affect orders that have already been paid for and accepted.
Designerbathroomstore.co.uk offers thousands of products to purchase and it is possible that, despite our efforts, some items may be priced incorrectly. In the case of a product’s correct price being higher than what is displayed on the website we will either contact you regarding the pricing issue or cancel the order. We will not provide the product to you at the lower price if there is a clear, unmistakable and obvious pricing error.
We require full payment for any order to be accepted.

We will only accept debit/credit payments from cards registered to an address within the UK. Consumer security is incredibly important at Designer Bathroom Store. We use SagePay as our trusted payment gateway which ensures your sensitive personal payment data is protected when placing an order through our website.
Delivery to mainland UK addresses is free throughout the website. For addresses in the Highlands, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands may not be eligible for free delivery and may require a delivery charge to be paid before an order can be accepted. Custom/Bespoke Products -
Made to order products include and are not limited to whirlpool baths, custom painted baths and custom painted radiators/towel rails. These are handmade items and orders cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once ordered. Delivery times may vary on these items, please check with our customer service team on 01206 582462 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the delivery time.
Items on the website display an estimated delivery timescale in working days. These estimates only apply to UK mainland as deliveries to the Highlands, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands may take longer and also require a delivery charge.
With any item purchased on the website we will endeavour to deliver this to you as quickly as possible, with many items being able to be delivered on a next working day basis. Next day delivery services cannot be guaranteed by ourselves or any of the couriers we use to deliver goods to customers. If there is a specific delivery day that you require you can advise us of this date in the order comments box at the checkout. We will do our best to ensure your items are delivered on a requested date.
Please note that all couriers used are only contracted/insured to complete roadside deliveries, therefore you may have to bring your purchased items into your property so please do organise assistance should your items be heavy.
Upon delivery of your goods, please inspect the items for any faults, damages or missing parts and notify us within three working days of receiving the items. Should you be unable to check your items at the time of delivery, please sign for these items as “unchecked”.
If you find a fault or damage to your item please report this to us within 3 working days of receipt of goods via telephone call, email or livechat service. Images of any damaged goods/packaging will be requested in order for the issue to be investigated further with the courier or manufacturer. Damaged items cannot be returned after 30 days of receipt of goods.
In the event of any goods being unwanted these can be returned to us within 30 days for a full refund. Return collections can be made and will often be free of charge, however occasionally this may involve a small cost to be deducted from your refund. This is to be agreed prior to a return being organised. Unwanted items that are requested for return after 30 days of delivery are not eligible for a full refund, however we reserve the right to consider offering a refund with a restocking fee deducted.
Any returned goods must be in a resaleable condition. Any items that appear to have been attempted to be fitted will not be eligible for a refund. We also ask that the goods to be returned within their original packaging with no brown tape used or any writing on any packaging. Once the unwanted goods have been received, a refund can then be issued back to the consumer’s original payment method account.
